power is a function of the cube of RPM in thousands, accd to Bob Boucher
(Astro Flight).
The equation is this: Power = (Pitch in inches)*(RPM in
thousands)^3*(Diameter in inches)^4*k, where k is a variable constant
usually ranging from about 1.0 to 1.2 (APC = 1.15 IIRC).
