I did a little more digging, and found the RCM plans service, but apparently they did not publish the plans or they don't carry that one.

The Vintage RC listing was probably in error, the NMP number is for Nelson Model Products, but they don't have plans listed on the website.

Maybe an email to them will produce something.

I don't know the current state of RCM, although I think I heard somewhere that the plans service was still in business.

Lots of vintage planes, and sources for plans.

The Phantom was just a little before my time. I got started in RC in '73, so the planes of that time were the Banshee, Mach 1, Troublemaker, Phoenix x, etc. I do have a NIB Banshee wood kit, I used to have a NIB Mach 1 (sold it, wish I had not) and a partial Orion kit. Too many toys, not enough time

When I quit flying I got rid of everything. I gave away my last set of plans for the Phantom IV. I am hoping that someone will come up with a set, but at this time I have no idea where to even try to find them.

If I can find a set I will let you know.
