[NSRCA-discussion] VP vacancy

[George Kennie]

I have suspected for some time, due to his non-post status, that he
has probably acquired a position and returned to the workforce,
however this is pure speculation on my part. A new position may be
quite demanding of his time, especially in it's beginning stages.
