I used the Futaba SR-10 Dual Servo Reverser with great success. Also from
Tower.

Hi Pat,

I found that using this item
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXAFN1&P=ML

Makes setting up dual elevator servos a cinch, if he cannot mix channels
2 & 5, or use two Mixes tied to channel 2.

Hey Dean,

It seems the pilots in Vietnam couldn't get the loaded UH1-C's to fly
very high either:-):) Apocalypse Now...hadn't thought of that in
awhile.....

When my buddy Rick and I were teaching ourselves how to hover that old
GMP Cricket, everybody at the field used to hum "Flight of the
Valkyries"!
