NB Engineering has wing adjusters similar to Gator imported from BN Models.
They come together with screws. They are $7.79 per package of 2 adjusters.
Shipping is $5.00 via mail to the USA.

Does anyone know a good place to get wing adjusters? Central has been out
for a while and I'm looking for another supplier. Ones that have screws
instead of just gluing them on in particular. I can't find Gator's website
unless they went out of business.
