OK.

As a quick-and-dirty fix, I've inserted text that
says you may put the "Additional Family Membership"
($10) in the cart with a note to the effect that
it is for increased dues.

To see the text, go to the Join NSRCA/Use Paypal page
and refresh your the page (F5? SH-F5?).

I think that should work.

Let me know if it doesn't.
