TP just came out with a new rig the 535. Does up to 5s and 3.5A, which 
is plenty for 40 size planes. Bit more capacity than the Yuntong which 
is 3s max.

Draganfly has them with an AC adapter for $80, phone up Adam (he is on 
this list) he can probably get you a better deal than that.

Like Rex said, it starts out small, but sooner or later it gets bigger :)
