[NSRCA-discussion] plane storage

I've always stored them top side up--in a cradle--on a wall dedicated to
airplanes in the garage--(2) 18" brackets each. Takes a lot of room--but I
don't like to think of stuff draining back in to the engine in vertical
storage. The smaller stuff in a similar fashion on two 2 X 4" stanchions in
a stand with adjustable wall hangers both sides and the 12" shelf brackets
covered with pipe insulation foam products. I suppose with the E stuff, the
electrons won't gum up the motors as bad....but old dogs...

Subject: [NSRCA-discussion] plane storage

Is it better to store the plane on its side or on the
bottom. it horizontal stab vertical or horizontal. I
don't know if it would effect the fuse and cause it to
warp or sag if it sits for an extended period of time.

Thanks,
Tim
