? of course I realize that fact.. The wording as it stand now and in the past did not allow anyone to use any frequencies except the assigned frequencies.. As I stated in my original post.. For it to be allowed the wording has to be changed.. As it stand now on its own merits it would not be allowed.
It may be easy enough to address but till it is rules are rules...

2.4GHz systems don't have assigned frequencies. . . that is one of the advantages of the systems. .
