[NSRCA-discussion] landing direction?

I was told today at the contest that I could not change directions and had
to land down wind! May be different for FAI.

OK, now that we know the landing zone is 15m left and 15m right of center
(poor planes/gears/gear blocks), I thought (or dreamt) that landing
direction was now optional? if the wind changes direction? or something to
that effect? Anyone know?
