FYI,,,, Jim Stovall is 3turnspin on Ebay and Falcondoc on RCU.
Vlad, since he cashed the money order and the transaction is across state 
lines, I do believe it is a federal offence.  Unfortunately I feared this 
would happen to someone dealing with Jim.
