I'm helping someone put their Venus 2 together. I'm installing the control
linkages now. Got the elevator done (dual pushrods / servo on its side) and
it's working great. I'm wondering if it's worth the effort to install pull -
pull for the rudder. Has anyone done this? The only hard points I see are at
the bottom of the rudder and that's in the same area as the elevator
linkage. I guess I could make it work but if the stock pushrod works Ok,
maybe it's not worth my time. Also - we're using an OS120Ax with a muffler.
The servos are in the radio compartment (not the tail section). Am I going
to have problems getting the plane to balance? Should I think about putting
the rudder servo in the tail section? I want to avoid running long servo
leads. TIA
