I had one break and the piece bounced off of my glasses. Always stay behind
- way behind!

I've come so close a couple of times.the APC's have cut through my coat
sleeve and missed my arm at least twice. Sure made me glad it was winter.
I need to go back to remote glow just to stay away from the prop.

Those props can really do some damage.

That is very true. A week before the Nats, I was trying to remove the glow
plug connector from my running engine. It wouldn't come off, so I changed
my stance to get a better angle and tried again. Suddenly, the BACK side of
the prop was gnawing at my right forearm. Now, three weeks later, the wound
that looked so minor is still healing.

Be careful out there

Roger that.

Dennis is a tough old buzzard. He'll probably be flying tomorrow.
