Arcola does not exist anymore. The last day for the Arcola flying site was 31 march 2006. The club has a temporary field they are currently flying at. It has a 150foot runway, so the Pattern Contest will not be held there.

The FARM club had agreed to let us host the Pattern contest at there field. The directions in the flyer are to this site. Farm club used to have a pattern clontest, so the old hands know where it is. Generally it is off HWY 17 about half way between HWY 29 and I 95. It is the site that is shared with the full scale aerobatic planes.

      Come join the fun.

      Randy

      Frank -
here's a link to the NVRC web page - at the top of the page is a link to their pattern contest flyer. http://www.1nvrc.com/

I *think* they're flying at a new field (Sudley?) now, and not the Arcola field I've been to several times before. Might be directions on the page.
Also included Randy Hatfield in the CC: line -he's an NVRC member and can probably provide more information.
