NSRCA List Functionality (List Members Please Read)I'd just leave it as is for a few reasons:
1) When you could just reply to one person a lot of content on the list was lost.
2) If you really only want to e-mail one person just copy the e-mail address to the to line.
3) Trying to please everybody is an unobtainable goal.

To All Memebers,
It has been brought to my attention that when you hit reply and reply-to it only goes to the List. I have looked at the settings on the list and found that the only way to set it up so a message will go exclusivly to a single member is by using the Reply button. The Reply-to will make your message go to the list.
So the million dollar questions
Should I leave it as it is? (Reply and Reply-To go to the list)
Change it so we can send a message to a specific member (Reply button goes to Member -- Reply-To goes to the list)
Let me know what you think and I will set it to what majority rules.
