Steve, are you coming to Toledo?  We could discuss
this at the NSRCA booth.  IMHO, this is the discretion
of the CD,  but getting all the facts helps. We could
publish some recommendations for CDs to follow when it
is not specifically spelled out in the AMA Comp Regs.
