Ive heard that tire trick, but didnt gather whether you swung like a baseball bat or kind of pushed on both ends...which is it?

I'd be curious as to the designation. BTY you can bend a 2024 wing tube across the front wheel of a low pressure tractor tire without collapsing it for a dihedral change. Nat

Ive done something similar to NAT, except I used drywall screws w/ washers and screwed it to the leg of my work bench. That way I didnt have to run down the street and steel the stop sign.

If your going sideways with it Ive screw blocks to my bench and put the header in between...If you havent guessed I dont have a vise.

Chris, I bolt the header tightly to a heavy 5/32" aluminum plate ( road
sign ) held in the vise. Heat with a Monocote gun and bend. Does not have
to be too hot.Use a wood dowell for leverage. Have not had any problems with
Mueller's headers. Nat
