P-51 Thread

That Mustang is much worse on the ground than even the 1/5 scale Mustang I
have and fly. Once it starts to turn one way, its just going to keep going.
In the air, it flies like a trainer, really hard to ring it out, but still
not a bad airplane, if they can just make it so it can take off and land.
Extra should be in one piece by ComAir, or at least that is the goal.

In other words, Arch, it handles on the ground just like any old P-51, but
flies a little softer... not for me, thanks.
By the way, my camera is now in perfect working order, how's you Extra?
Ken

I flew one of these.actually flew and saw them over at the Dayton Ohio Giant
Scalers fly-in this weekend. There were some pretty accomplished pilots,
TRYING to make a good takeoff and landing with them. The ground handling
was absolutely horrible. Flew like a trainer, but getting it up and down
once it touches the runway was a different story.

Gray,
I've been waiting for some of your thoughts or commentary on the new H9 P-51
trainer system? Possibly another RCU or MA review?
