Incidence / Throw Meters

I happen to think its great, I understand what Don is saying with the 
system but its nothing that makes the system unusable by a long shot IMO.

Besides there are a lot more uses for it as well, it makes a pretty 
slick level for many projects.

I have the Budd as well, but I think I will rely more on the accu-level.
