2006 Nationals NSRCA event planning

To me, the Tuesday banquet day never made much sense.  It was neither fish 
nor fowl, as the old English saying goes.<G>  If the workload of the Nats' 
can be adjusted to make the banquet be held on Wednesday night, I personally
