First District 3 event for 2006

The first contest in District 3 is normally in Ocala, FL in March.  
Chris Hamel and Ernie Meredith are the coCDs.  They've had the contest 
for at least the past five years at their new flying field, so I expect 
they'll have it again.  However, I haven't seen a formal announcement.
