I think he works close to the Pentagon and is familiar with the clubs in the area as well as the housing situation.
NVRC is a very old field, I visited there in 1976. They are likely going to have to find another location due to encroaching development.

Right now I'm looking to move to the Gaithersburg area of Maryland. I am in the military and will be stationed at the Pentagon. But first things first. Looking for a place to fly........then for a house to rent!
