The only way I can think of, is to copy and paste them into a "word" like
program and then you can save them in any format you like.

What I would like to be able to do is to get my files of messages on
different topics completely out of Outlook Express into plain text files.
I have accumulated gigabytes of information on various topics and they
reside in my email program!
