How do you want the mail list to operate Ver2

This should not be a difficult issue. "Reply" and "Reply All" are side 
by side on my mail program.  I can't tell any difference in the effort 
required to operate them.

This seems to me like it just presents us with one more option.
If the respondent only wants his reply to the sender, hit  "Reply".
If it might be some information useful to the people viewing the list, 
use "Reply All".

Things like build threads, event photos, etc., can go on RCU, with a 
link posted here.

All of that said, being a new guy, I have more to learn than to add.  I 
read most of what is here, but post little.
