Mailing List/K Factor - Mail List Alternatives...

Have some forgot the discussion from last time..  K-Factors advertisers help 
support the publication. They prefer the paper format. Do we have enough 
volunteers that will be their all the time to carry and maintain the site if 
it is changed?
