4-stroke carbon pipe design Q's

Lance,
In my experience, 4-Strokes are definitely tunable. Is it possible
to install a baffle in a carbon-fiber tube?
Try some experiments with different lengths, as if you were tuning a
2-stroke and see what you come up with. My experience is that there
is about 300 rpm to be realized.
