Signing in for K-Factor

I may have to do that,but this is the first time I have had a problem like this. If Adobe was corrupt then I should have purged it and reloaded new. That didn't work. I will deal with it later.Adobe 6.0.1 does work for everything else though.   Thanks for the info.
