Dan,

I am still using the header that we sold but we are out of them  I do believe you should use the bigger header you need a hi-flow header mine is around 1/2".

  Only turning 7700 to 7800 now, it is down from a month ago by 400 to 500 rpm.  What header are you running?  Jim Ivey stated a performace increase with the new style header.
