Bob, there are no leak free gaskets that I know of for the 91. Best bet is
to carefully lap both surfaces, use a thin film of liquid gasket material,
and the YS gasket, then torque the screws so you do not bend the box ,
because it will deform over time.

Subject: YS 110 help
I need some YS help,please.
I've never had a 110 or a 91 before. Anyone out there found "Leak Free"
gaskets for it? About the only one that you need is for the air box, I
think. Are you 110 guys using the one piece gasket/diaphram or are you using
the tried and true ones that fit the rest of the YS"s?
I"ve seen the lists on the net with YS info. Just haven't read them all.
Any help will be appreciated muchly. Or just point me to a forum and a post
that I've missed.
Thanks,
Bob Ruppel
