How to remove paint from fiberglass/balsa fuse

It looks like another slow day since yesterday.  
I only had around 25 messages from the list.  Beside another E-mail saying
my E-mail server is bouncing the E-mails while my ISP tells me everything is
fine.

Anyway,  what is the best way to remove paint on a galssed balsa fuse/glass
fuse?
The fuse has automotive clear coat and TopFlite lustrecoat on it with
primer.
