Fw: Delivery failure (discussion@nsrca.org)

I received the attachment from the catchall at nsrca.org server. If I was 
infected with a virus I would think all my Emails would be infected which is 
not the case.
I have anti-virus and firewall software running all the time. The attachment 
is an error report that the Email did not go through I believe.
