Up through Advanced there's no reason not to use pull pull on elevator.  Its 
very easy to install and removing the MK bellcrank and stuff (all very 
expensive) will save you 1 oz in the tail and reduce the lead need in the 
nose.  Use 30lb coated fishing leader and you can drop 1 oz in one evening 
for 1/10 the cost of all that hardware.
