Does size matter?

Sure you can have a 2M bipe.....the hard part is getting it under 11lbs.

       What are the requirements for airplane.  In sportsman, it seems to be o.k. to fly just about anything (within reason, to get people interested) but I can't seem to find any that say you have to have a 2M plane for the advanced classifications.  Rule 4.5 says "rules of the class" but I can't seem to find a specific rule.  I guess what this boils down to is if my backup plane is a .91 sized plane, other than it may not be competitive, what keeps me from flying it in intermediate, Masters, ect...?  

       Also, how does this apply to bi-planes?  If I keep the weight below 11 lbs, I can fly up to a 2M bi-plane?  Seems reasonable.
