Three blade size

The best way I've heard of is to send it to Dave Lockhart.  He seems to 
be the only one I've heard about that has the expertise to get the job 
done.  And, he can do it on 3 blade props--something akin to Black 
Magic, I think.
If anybody else has a suggestion that works as well as what Dave does, I 
haven't heard about it.
