Electric Weight: with or without batteries at US Nationals

The new 5300 TP is configured as a 5S4P.  The 10S setup (two TP 5300 packs 
in series) would be 39.4 oz. which is a bit lighter than the TP 5S3P 6000 
packs I've been using.
