To all NSRCA Members;

The annual NSRCA District 4 & 5 Shoot-Out Pattern
Contest will be held on June 11th and 12th, 2005, at
the AMA site in Muncie, Ind. Includes all AMA classes
and FAI (P-05).

The cost will be $20 each, which includes a Pizza and
Pop lunch on Saturday.

Registration will begin on Friday, the 10th. There
will be open flying all day on Friday, the 10th, so
come early!

There will be a pilots meeting at 9am (sharp) on
Saturday, the 11th, and flying will begin immediately
there-after. Flying will start at 8am on Sunday. See
AMA website (www.modelaircraft.org) for local
accommodations in the Muncie area. Camping allowed at
the site, no hook-ups.

The plan is to complete 6 rounds in each class,
weather allowing. Judging will be evenly split between
members of each District. Marty King has volunteered
to assist with the computer scoring using Gene
Maurice's PACSS program which will also be used at the
Nats. Even though Marty is from District 4, he has
promised to keep it accurate.

The District that brings the most members has the best
chance to win ( that is if they can fly <grin>).

Special instructions: ############################

Each class will fly 2 rounds before scores are
recorded. We expect the Masters class will be the
largest, therefore the Master Class will fly 2 rounds
before the next class flies. During the flight time
for the next class, the scores for the Masters class
will be entered and posted. For all Classes, rounds 1,
3, and 5 will be flown at the left flight line and
rounds 2, 4, and 6 will be flown at the right flight
line. Looking forward to seeing all you fellows again!

p.s. Please pass this e-mail around to any who may be
interested.
