You need to strip the red and black wires from the lipo, and then twist them
together. That should help you get the battery into the Coke bottle.

I have been working for 2 days to get a lipo into the coke bottle to provide
a test on shrinkage but still have not yet achieved this without distorting
the bottle.

Gotta be the fuel or nitro Don. I checked my bottle in the Aries last
night and it has been in there for about 3 weeks now and still about the
same size.
