Coke Bottle Fuel Tank

[Wayne Galligan]

Gotta be the fuel or nitro Don.    I checked my bottle in the Aries last night and it has been in there for about 3 weeks now and still about the same size.

  I used both a water bottle and a coke bottle from Wayne.  Both shrunk about 4 ozs.

    Concerning this bottle tank deal.  Need more info....Those who are doing it.....If you have seen shrinkage or not -are you using a soda bottle or a water bottle? 
    There are different plastics and formulas. Water of course having little to no taste is much more susceptible to flavor damage than soda therefore may have a non plasticized plastic.

    So you are trying to say the plasticizer is kinda like putting alum on your lips. It is shrinking(puckering ) the tank but causing no harm. If you didnt read my post,my 2 tanks are now 1/2 inch shorter and smaller in diameter than a bottle of coke.I expect the bottles are less than 16 oz instead of 20 oz now.
    Guess we are still learning.
