Bob:
As you're aware, the management has "threatened" to hold a roll call at 
the pilots meeting; for the last few years it's been largely a bluff, to 
make sure the attendance is up for the meeting.  Perhaps now is the time 
to quit calling "Wolf!  Wolf!" and really make a meaningful roll call.  
At least it could act as an alert to management.
