  THis can be avoided, as I did on mine, by CIRCLING the word of the answer....in addition to trying to mark the correct choice.

  BTW - The "correct" choice for Question 36 is "NO" .......  :-)

    I just fished my survey in the K-factor and noted a few places where formatting could easily make you make a mistake.

    The yes or no questions are listed like this    ___Yes ____No.

    When this Q is on the end of a line it does this ___
    Yes___ No.

    The following questions have this problem

    18 Keep weight rule

    33 Change sportsman

    34 Change intermediate

    36 Should master be last FAI.

    It would be very easy to give a wrong answer to 36.
