Good point, Ken. Don't know. Probably IS flexing. After all, it is FAR too cheap to be any good at all for pattern. But it looks pretty cool....

I guess that "infamous" Master Airscrew blade flex doesn't hurt in this application, that's good to know.

Bought mine from Master Airscrew. Thanks to Xavier, who recommended it!

      Hi Bob,

These 3-bladers could be worthwhile to be tried on a 140 RX too. Who is selling them?

      Thanks for a short note.

Just in case anyone is interested. Some data. Brian Young was practicing with me today, and we were playing with props. His Impact on the YS 1.60 with 17 x 12 was supersonic. Put on the three blade 16 x 11 GRS prop, and BIG improvements in speed and power management. Much easier to work with.

On my Arresti, we put the Master Airscrew 16 x 10 on my OS 1.60.... Cool Power 15%, Aeroslave pipe.... needle at one turn +2 clicks open, good smoke in verticals.... PLENTY of punch in P05 upline snap... but the real win with this prop is the dynamic braking. It REALLY slowed donw the airplane. Made the Double Immelman really look easy, being able to slow up the back sides....
Oh - yeah - tached 8580. And wasn't overly-noisy. In the air, sort of a buzz, but nothing like a Bolly would be. Lots of punch.

Thanks to Xavier, who recommended the $18 prop to try!!!! It SURE works....
