Score keeping software

Lance,
You are correct in that it is the users responsibility to make sure that
schedules and maneuvers are correct. But the fix you noted is not the best
way to fix the problem. The better way is to fix the schedule then simply
bring up the scores for anyone in error. The system will recalulate the
scores using the changes in the schedule.

Also, check the sequences. It is not hard coded to use the current
sequences and is flexible for future sequences. As a result we had a
problem at a contest where the wrong sequences were associated with each
class. this was found after the tear sheets were sent. the fix was to
delete all the scores for that class, fix the sequence selection, then enter
the scores again.

This is a really nice scoring package. Just one tip from our first time use
of it at our contest last weekend: make sure you specify round one when you
start entering scores. It defaults to round zero and will not use any
scores from round zero, though it does let you enter them.
