Fillets not fish

Jim,
I've mixed PPG Acrylic Enamel with West Systems epoxy and cabosil to make a 
fillet without a problem. Haven't yet tried it with Concept, but I doubt 
there'd be any problems. Just make sure to go easy on the paint and don't 
bother with the paint hardener.
