There is no official list of approved planes, only a 10% rule that's back 
for 2005.

IMAC scale is determined by span.  Other dimensions must be within 10%.
The QuiQue Yak fuse is stretched well beyond 10%, so it doesn't even pass
the simplest 10% test is done on paper.  It's possible that no one at you 
local
Scale Aerobatic contest will care.
