K-factor mailing?

Hi again all,

Just a quick question. My K-factor arrived the other day ( or what was left of it!) in a rather very poor state. I usually receive it in an envelope. This time it arrived without an envelope and neither were the pages stapled together.
It did not survive the journey across the big pond very well at all, I think maybe two or three readable pages were left, most were torn....but funnily enough the mailing label survived ( typical..<BG>)

I am hoping that the mailing method last used is not a new policy. Who do I contact to make sure that my next issue arrives complete and not in tatters, and in an envelope as it has been for the previous ten years of my membership?

TIA

regards

Tom
