Don't know about the best one, but Century 21 spray bombs work well -
easy to work with, sands nice, etc. Though it won't stand up to raw 20%
fuel, so when using it you must make sure edges are sealed.

What is the best sanding primer for PPG Concept Urethane paint?  Still
have a little K&B primer left, but will have to find a replacement for
this next project.
