Pete,

Do what I did, become a CD and put on your own contest.  I will CD or CO-CD 
three this year.  It is scary at first but after you do it, you find that it 
was no big deal.  I have been a CD for 8 years now and I am having fun.  So if 
you can't find a contest close, make one!!
