How the heck is that inappropriate when the chairman of the CB makes
his own change to the scoring of a maneuver which is in total
disagreement with the wishes of the majority and rams it through the
voting process by virtue of his authoritative position?
INAPPROPRIATE???????......................naaa, I don't think so!
