Subject: adding interest to Sportsman - judging / mentoring
My suggestion for Sportsman is to use the judges as coaches for sportsmans fliers. Since the
Sportsman is brief anyway a judge to do a post mortem on the flight with the pilot could be a great
help and would certainly help make the experience more engaging (interesting). The judge does not
have to be the two scoring judges, it could be a third judge who would be a judge who would be
functioning as a coach - mentor. The critique session could be held after the flight, thus the next
flier would not be delayed.
Just my opinion,
Paul
