      My suggestion for Sportsman is to use the judges as coaches for sportsmans fliers.   Since the 
  Sportsman is brief anyway a judge to do a post mortem on the flight with the pilot could be a great
  help and would certainly help make the experience more engaging (interesting).  The judge does not
  have to be the two scoring judges, it could be a third judge who would be a judge who would be
  functioning as a coach - mentor.  The critique session could be held after the flight, thus the next
  flier would not be delayed.
