Poll on Sequence Purpose

Very good Ed.  I'm anxious to know how the majority of the pattern
community considers this an issue.

True, on the first! I took it down around 12:00 EST. I would put it back
up but I erased it. 
 
We also said the vote would be reported this evening. Bob and I were to
count and I have sent my count to him for verification and comparison to
his!
